Mr. Rambabu Vaka, Managing Director
Mr. Rambabu Vaka, Civil Engineer by profession, is a highly experienced individual in construction and real estate industry. Mr. Rambabu Vaka, with so much of exposure to all technical, commercial, financial and legal aspects of construction industry, is an invaluable asset to the growth of Swarna Group of Constructions. Mr. Rambabu Vaka’s real estate development and construction experience expands to various areas such as building residential complexes, PWD, R & B, Panchayat Raj departments.
With more than a decade experience in Real estate development and construction, Mr. Rambabu Vaka launched Swarnaa Constructions in 2005. He is the founder and Managing director of Swarnaa Constructions. The main aim of Swarnaa Constructions is acquiring trouble free lands, constructing and delivering high quality residential projects at reasonable and affordable prices. Swarna Group is well known for its quality of construction, reasonable pricing, friendly management and flexible payment methods. With his intellectual and decision-making abilities in the context of property development he reaped the good profit for investors and good price for the buyers.
Mr. Rambabu Vaka got the ability to visualise opportunities and evaluate both risks and potential rewards whether a small house or undertaking large residential projects. He amply proved with his theoretical knowledge combining the practical experience of property development in construction industrial context, from initial assessment to completion and management of projects. He takes care of Land Surveying, Principles of Architectural Design, Building Structures, Construction Management, Specifications, Health and Safety, Building as an Investment by Professional Practice.
Mr. Rambabu Vaka played major role in successful completion of various multi media projects. Mr. Rambabu Vaka played major role in successful completion of a project called ‘Alayadarshanam’ on Lord Sri Venkateswara. Alayadarshanam won The Best State level award in the year 2006 and received the award from Chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. Alayadarshanam is released in Telugu, English, Hindi and Tamil languages.

Mr. Anand Kumar Vaka, Mechanical Engineer by profession, is a highly succesful individual with excellent background in Business Analysis. Mr. Anand Kumar Vaka is a guiding figure to Swarna Group.

Mr Vijaykumar Vaka, Mechanical Engineer by profession, is a highly motivated individual with very good experience in planning and design as well as team building. Team of Civil Engineers and Electrical engineers spend all their time at project site and monitor all aspects of the quality every minute.
